VERDICT

Product dimensions are 18.3 x 13.7 x 14.8 inches and the T-Fal EZ Clean comes with a one-year limited warranty.  The overall verdict is that this is a quality deep fryer that is worth the investment - HomeCentric's favorite model.

The EZ Clean 2.6 pound deep fryer is a stainless steel durable fryer with a unique oil filtration system.  The system automatically drains and filters the oil so that you can use it again.  There is a sealed plastic container included so that the oil can be easily stored.  This fryer also boasts an advanced oil temperature heating system that creates the perfect frying temperature which helps seal the outside of your food. The result is that the food will not absorb as much oil and it will be healthier for you to eat.

The EZ Clean operates on a 1700-watt heating element that can easily be adjusted with the adjustable thermostat.   A viewing window is located in the lid so that you can check in on your food while it is cooking.  The fryer has an oil capacity of 3.5 liters and a food capacity of 2.65 pounds which is ideal for a family.  A 2-position stainless steel basket is also included for cooking and draining food.

The EZ Clean is compact enough to sit on your countertop, and is easily transported and stored.  It has a lid that closes and locks in place with a ventilation area to help prevent oil and odors from escaping.  The power cord is removable and plugs into the back of the unit.  Controls on the front of the unit enable you to choose oil removal functions, automatic filtering functions, and frying functions.  The immersed heating element and adjustable thermostat give you professional results. Oil heats up quickly, and the oil is consistently measured so that your food does not undercook or come out soggy.

Cleaning

Several parts of this fryer can be removed and cleaned in the dishwasher.  These parts include the oil holder, the basket, the lid, and the oil saving box.  The control unit can be easily wiped down, but should never be immersed in water.  Below is a summary of the pros and cons of this fryer.
